Francine Lawrence

I never travel without my sketchbook and love the feeling of losing myself in a drawing. Taking a photograph is easy, but is not nearly as satisfying as observing and then translating what you see through your hand to the paper. For me, it has become a form of relaxation – meditation even – and it only need take a few minutes.
